To be a loan singing agent, and the best you can be - it requires a complete understanding of the Real Estate and Mortgage industry and regulations. Before I launched this new career, I spent a good amount of time getting the industry-specific training that I needed to excel and be the utmost professional in this industry. My goal is to make the loan signing experience relaxed, professional, timely, and 100% accurate. I aim to represent the agency that hired me with class, grace, and expertise.
Training and Education
This industry requires education and training. Notaries and Loan Signing Agents are dealing with very personal and private information; information that will allow individuals to buy a house or take care of financial or family issues if a family member is ill or incarcerated.
